Carrie A. Naylor is the Principal in charge of Human Resources for the firm. She has responsibility for a variety of areas including recruiting, onboarding and training, benefits, compensation, performance management and employee engagement. Carrie also served as Co-Chair of the firm’s Millennial Task Force.
Carrie joined The St. Louis Trust Company in 2010, following a career in public accounting with Deloitte. She spent time in both St. Louis and Los Angeles, initially working in the audit practice before transitioning into campus recruiting and human resources. Carrie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Outside the office, Carrie stays busy as mom/chauffer to her teenage son and tween daughter. She is a former board member and current sustaining member of Junior Service Club of St. Clair County. In her free time Carrie enjoys playing tennis, snow skiing, traveling with friends or sampling her brewmaster husband’s latest experimental beer creations.
